SPC Nathan Jones
Nathan Jones (shown left, fresh off the bus) was born in South Dakota but raised in beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado.  He saw his first movie when he was two (The Little Mermaid) and, though enjoying a different medium of film these days, has grown up with an appreciation and passion for filmmaking.  “I don’t want to say that the little mermaid changed my life…but, man, the little mermaid changed my life.”  He grew up playing with camcorders and writing scripts, which eventually lead to producing for his High Schools video team.  After juggling choices concerning his life while at College, he decided to join the Army in April of 2006 as a broadcast journalist.  With Germany being his first duty station, he hopes to see more of the European culture while he’s here.  While excited about being an up and coming army broadcaster, but he’s unsure where his army career is going to take him. Eventually, Jones wants to settle down, have a family and teach high school history.  Or be a rock star/filmmaker.  Either one works for him.
