Financial Management Across Borders! April 3, 1-3pm at Rose Barracks ACS Bldg 322. ACS Financial Readiness Program is offering a financial management class specific to non US citizen Spouses who are PCSing for the first time in order to feel more comfortable with the cultural and monetary changes that they will experience.
